Accounts Receivables Analyst

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Accounts Receivables Analyst will manage financial transactions, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution while collaborating with Account Managers to ensure accurate application of payments. Key responsibilities: Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to ensure accuracy Collaborate with Account Managers for payment identification and facilitate accurate application to accounts Monitor and manage aged receivables, taking proactive steps to resolve outstanding issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial analysis role Insurance accounting experience required Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
