ð Acquisitions Manager | High-Growth UK Retailer | UK-Wide
I’m working with a leading UK Retailer that is looking for an ambitious Acquisitions Manager to support its exciting UK expansion plans.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ experience in property acquisitions/development, ideally within Retail, F&B, QSR, Leisure, ospitality, QSR or another multi-site environment.
The role will focus on:
Identifying and securing new sites across the UK
Building and managing a strong development pipeline
Data-led site assessment and commercial analysis
Negotiating with landlords, agents and developers
Managing opportunities through to legal completion
ð UK-wide travel required
MRICS desirable, not essential
