Actuarial Consultant Capital Modeling

Apply actuarial modeling expertise as an Actuarial Consultant with CGL’s Corporate Actuarial Services team in a hybrid, two-day office model. Strengthen capital decisions through FCT and ORSA analysis.

As an Actuarial Consultant, Corporate Actuarial, you will contribute to capital modeling projects and develop actuarial models. You will assess business partner needs, analyze data sources, and design solutions for complex actuarial challenges. Your work supports regulatory requirements and strategic capital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to capital modeling projects and actuarial model development
• Support Financial Condition Testing and ORSA initiatives
• Analyze data sources and identify actuarial requirements
• Maintain documentation for key actuarial functions
• Uphold company and professional policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline
• Three to five years’ property and casualty actuarial experience
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and trends
• Analytical ability to design, test, and reconcile solutions
• ACAS or FCAS designation, or progress toward it, is an asset
