- Deploy analytics platforms across Marsh Specialty UK&I divisions in collaboration with business leaders
- Drive and support analytics project delivery with strong client outcomes
- Present results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with global Marsh teams to share best practices and embed them across the business
- Contribute to expanding Marsh Risk Consulting analytics offerings across clients
- Strong analytics or actuarial background in risk management or commercial insurance
- 4+ years of relevant experience in model development, risk management, retail insurance, actuarial practice, or advisory/consulting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and at least one programming language
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering consulting projects
- Solid working knowledge of commercial specialty insurance programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and client-facing experience
- Analytical mindset with practical, actionable recommendations
