- Deploy analytics platforms across multiple divisions, collaborating with leadership on model development.
- Drive adoption of Marsh Risk Consulting analytics across UK&I clients.
- Lead and support analytics project delivery to ensure strong client outcomes and quality deliverables.
- Support sales and client service with clear results, methodology explanations, and practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with global Marsh teams to share best practices and embed them regionally.
- Strong analytics or actuarial background in risk management or commercial insurance.
- 4+ years in model development, risk management, retail insurance, actuarial practice, or advisory/consulting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and at least one programming language.
- Solid presentation skills with hands-on consulting project experience.
- Working knowledge of commercial specialty insurance programs.
