As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will interact with users to capture business requirements and facilitate workshops for system use case development. Your analytical skills will help assess alternative solutions and ensure new systems integrate seamlessly with existing processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Engage with users to define and document requirements • Lead workshops to shape system use cases and flows • Draft system requirements and ensure traceability • Evaluate and document technical solutions for compliance • Participate in project meetings and provide updates
Requirements: • Relevant Degree or Diploma in sciences or engineering • 10+ years in business requirement documentation • 7+ years in system use case and technical specification development • Expertise in IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS • Must possess a valid Top Secret PSPC clearance
