Own Adobe platform reliability through CDN configuration and observability for a customer-facing site delivered in English and French.

As an Adobe Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and run reliability practices for a high-traffic public website. Your work spans DNS, certificates, cache invalidation, third-party integrations, Core Web Vitals, and Git-based release engineering. You will support a regulated environment through incident command, change control, audit evidence, and vendor escalation. The role is build-then-run, with roughly half of the first year establishing practices that do not yet exist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CDN, edge, DNS, certificates, integrations, and cache health
  • Build external synthetic monitoring for English and French templates
  • Maintain smoke-testing automation for dependent interfaces
  • Lead customer-facing incidents and vendor escalations
  • Operate release, rollback, and content publishing controls

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience operating high-traffic websites behind enterprise CDNs
  • Deep knowledge of CDN, TLS, DNS, caching, and invalidation
  • Experience with WAF tuning, bot management, and observability
  • Core Web Vitals and web performance engineering experience
  • Git-based release engineering, CI/CD, and configuration as code

Apply your CDN, observability, performance, and incident command expertise to strengthen Adobe platform reliability.
