Adobe Workfront Solution Consultant

Adobe Workfront expertise powers client transformation at Accenture Song through hands-on solution consulting, configuration, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

This consultant delivers Workfront solutions across implementations, environment assessments, administration, and end-user training. The work translates business needs into scalable configurations while applying platform knowledge, sound judgment, and independent delivery. Discovery, requirements analysis, process design, and client communication are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Workfront best-practice guidance to clients and internal teams
• Design and configure solutions for business process requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and define practical scalable solutions
• Configure forms, templates, portfolios, reports, dashboards, and approvals
• Coordinate acceptance testing and resolve delivery issues

Requirements:

• Three-plus years leading Workfront implementations or administration
• Two-plus years independently configuring complex Workfront environments
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Workfront certification or active pursuit of certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience meeting stated requirements
