Advanced Analytics Manager - IBEX

In this role, you lead end-to-end advanced analytics and data science initiatives to inform UK commercial and medical decisions. You will design, validate, and industrialise analytics solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguity into evidence and practical recommendations. Your work shapes analytics standards, enabling trusted models for critical business outcomes, including AI-enabled analytics and next-generation capabilities like the Commercial Digital Twin. • Design and deliver high-impact analytics projects addressing key business questions
• Lead end-to-end delivery from problem framing to communication of results
• Develop complex Python solutions with data engineers for data prep, feature engineering, modeling and documentation
• Combine internal and external data to generate insights and present sophisticated outputs clearly
• Apply approaches such as promotional mix modelling, patient/customer analytics, and Digital Twin to influence decisions
• Drive analytical innovation by exploring ML/AI techniques and new data sources
• Set statistical standards, review models for bias, uncertainty and validity
• Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure analytics is trusted and impactful

• Advanced analytics, data science, statistics, econometrics or equivalent expertise
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end analytical projects with business impact
• Experience using large, complex datasets
• Experience with marketing mix/modelling and AI/ML methodologies
• Strong knowledge of statistics, inference, interpretation, and limitations
• Ability to influence decision-making through evidence
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Databricks
• Experience operating in life sciences, healthcare or related industry
