This includes leading a proficient engineering team, coordinating with Systems, RF, and Network Engineering to achieve system readiness. Your technical leadership will ensure alignment with performance objectives while fostering a culture of excellence in the engineering domain.
Key Responsibilities: • Own system validation strategy and execution • Develop verification plans and acceptance criteria • Oversee integration testing and defect management • Ensure traceability between requirements and outcomes • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners
Requirements: • Bachelor's in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering • 8-12 years in networking systems or aerospace • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role • Proven background in system integration • Strong understanding of RF communication systems
