In this role within PA's Digital & Data community, you apply analytical methods and data-driven thinking to deliver innovative software solutions for clients. You work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into analytics, spanning the full lifecycle from problem formulation to deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software and analytics solutions for clients
• Apply agile practices and problem-solve in live whiteboard sessions and on client sites
• Translate business needs into analytical approaches and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Cover the full analytics lifecycle from problem formulation to model handover
• Work with data tools and visualization to support modelling and decision making
• Participate in internal projects and knowledge-sharing within the tech community
• Engage in hybrid work arrangements with client sites and offices
• Support continuous learning and certification through funded courses and growth opportunities

• Degree, Master or PhD in data science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or statistics
• Proven experience in analysis for evidence-based decision making and in building analytical models
• Ability to communicate approaches and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience across the analytics lifecycle: formulation, exploration, modelling, validation, and handover
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience in advanced analytics, algorithm design, operational research, data engineering, big data and cloud platforms, or data visualization/dashboard development
• Strong problem-solving orientation and collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with stakeholder management and consulting context, beneficial for client interactions
• Experience in software/product development lifecycle for analytical solutions and presenting data-driven propositions
