Advanced Practice Provider

Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA/CNS) for the Virtual Pathology Anemia and Micronutrient Deficiency Team, who will manage patient consultations, conduct thorough medical evaluations, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care. Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to develop treatment plans Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures and collaborate with healthcare team members Educate patients on their conditions and treatments while ensuring continuity of care Required qualifications: Master's degree in nursing or related field from an accredited program Current Nurse Practitioner license and RN license in applicable state(s) National certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized organization Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or PALS may be necessary based on work setting Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Hematology/Oncology
