Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Private Practice Urology
Surgical Associates Northwest
About the Opportunity
Join an established, physician-owned private urology practice in south King County Washington where you can practice with autonomy, build lasting patient relationships, and enjoy a sustainable work-life balance.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to manage an independent outpatient urology clinic with the support and oversight of five experienced general urologists.
This is an opportunity to develop a rewarding career in a specialty that combines meaningful patient relationships, clinical problem-solving, and procedural care, all within a collaborative private practice environment.
Unlike employment in a large healthcare system, our independent practice model prioritizes patient care, clinical judgment, and efficient operations without the layers of bureaucracy and administrative complexity often associated with large health systems.
Enjoy the best of both worlds: the independence to manage your own clinic and the support of an experienced team of urologists.
What You'll Do
Manage your own outpatient clinic with a high degree of clinical independence while collaborating with and receiving guidance from our five general urologists.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of urologic conditions including BPH, kidney stones, recurrent UTIs, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and overactive bladder
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Perform appropriate in-office procedures, with training and mentorship available to help expand your procedural skills.
Coordinate care with supervising or collaborating physicians when needed.
Participate in cutting edge clinical research studies

Our private practice structure offers the opportunity to avoid many of the administrative layers, institutional bureaucracy, and system-wide mandates common in large healthcare organizations.
