Advanced Practice Provider - Primary Care

• Assess patients by obtaining comprehensive medical histories and performing focused physical examinations.
• Order, interpret, and integrate diagnostic studies to support clinical decision-making.
• Diagnose patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, and care plans accurately and thoroughly.
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with supervising and/or collaborating physicians as needed.

Provide direct primary care using evidence-based practice and advanced clinical judgment.

• Advanced clinical judgment and strong diagnostic reasoning.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, examination, and history-taking.
• Competence in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong communication and collaborative care skills.
• High attention to documentation and clinical accuracy.
