In this role you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications that support Agilent’s instruments, lab systems, and BI initiatives. You’ll work with data-driven platforms to build scalable apps, data pipelines, and dashboards that enable informed business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement secure APIs and cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise apps using .NET Core/.NET Framework and AWS
  • Build scalable, secure APIs and backend services for data-driven apps
  • Develop responsive UI with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Analyze and manage large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Design data models, ETL processes, and integrations ensuring quality and performance
  • Utilize modern data platforms and analytics to generate insights
  • Write clean, tested, well-documented code; participate in code reviews and best practices
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native DevOps practices
  • Troubleshoot defects, data issues, and production incidents
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Experience designing and developing data-centric applications
  • Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle including schema design and performance tuning
  • Advanced SQL skills with large datasets
  • Hands-on ETL and data integration tools like SSIS, AWS Glue, or similar
  • Experience building reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, QuickSight, or equivalents
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, Glue) and cloud data solutions
  • Proficiency in modern web frameworks and RESTful API development
  • Experience with Git and source control; strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Preferred: microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, NGRX/RxJS/NX, AI/ML exposure
