As a Transfer Specialist within HUB International’s Hub Financial division, you will manage advisor block transfers and reassignments. The work connects brokers, insurance companies, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records. Your investigations and project contributions support the Licensed Inforce and Reassignments team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process advisor Buy/Sell agreements for block transfers and reassignments
• Coordinate transfer requests with insurance companies and brokers
• Maintain broker and block transfer records in WealthServ
• Follow up with carriers on required processing timelines
• Investigate discrepancies and participate in project work

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow commitments
• Collaborative relationship-building with internal and external partners
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and online meeting platform knowledge
