Airbus is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Preparation and Ground Test for the A220 program in Mirabel, QC. You will lead the Manufacturing Co-design team and harmonize SOI and GTC across global sites, ensuring airworthiness and robust industrial performance.

You will manage 120 experts across sites, drive the Factory of Tomorrow transition, and collaborate with ME Europe. A bachelor’s in engineering and bilingual fluency are required, with international travel about 10%.
