AES - DE - FS - Java

As an Experienced Java Technical Lead at Zensar, you will architect, build, and deliver enterprise-grade Java applications. You will provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding delivery teams through design, implementation, and modernization efforts. You’ll drive quality, performance, and security, and support Power Platform integrations to automate business processes. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and enterprise solutions, offering impact across multiple business domains. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to shape scalable systems and mentor the team to excellence.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications and services
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and security
• Support modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Support Power Platform Apps
• Mentor developers and drive technical excellence

• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Solid SQL experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, DevOps practices
• Cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS)
• Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery
• Understanding/Experience in Power Platform
