Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
• Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess goals, medical history, and treatment suitability
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and product recommendations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of Texas
• Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
• Excellent bedside manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for facial aesthetics and symmetry
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with aesthetic consultations and client relationship management preferred
