Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist

In this role you own Blockchain.com’s global affiliate and partner growth, focusing on high-value, high-liquidity users for wealth.blockchain.com and core retail products. You’ll build elite partnerships with alpha groups, KOLs, and premium traders, while expanding a broad affiliate network through strategic incentives and direct outreach. You will shape the partner ecosystem, optimize tracking and payout flows, and outpace competitors with superior deal structures. This is a hands-on, crypto-native growth role that blends relationship building with performance-driven incentives to scale user acquisition.

• Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network
• Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates, trading communities, and Web3 micro-influencers
• Leverage and activate your personal network of whales, heavy traders, and community founders on day one
• Design custom incentive structures specifically optimized to drive users to wealth.blockchain.com, perpetuals, and token launch pools
• Manage the relationship lifecycle for our highest-earning affiliates, providing bespoke assets, early product access, and direct feedback loops
• Partner cross-functionally with product, content and Legal/Compliance to execute promotions
• Track, analyze, and report on performance—identifying which partners drive high LTV vs low-value flow

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships within Web3/DeFi/crypto exchanges
• Deep crypto literacy and active on-chain participation
• Proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, or copy-trading communities
• Relentless outreach mindset and comfort with cold pitching and navigating closed networks
• Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution mechanics (tracking links, cookies, on-chain referral contracts)
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build win-win commission structures with sustainable CAC
