In this role you will lead onshore delivery for Google Cloud programs, guiding cross-border teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You’ll translate business needs into technical delivery, shape architectures, and drive governance and quality across the lifecycle. You will work directly with clients while mentoring engineers and architects across distributed teams. Responsibilities
  • Lead onshore delivery for Google Cloud programs, coordinating with nearshore/offshore teams to ensure quality and accountability
  • Guide solution design and provide trusted technical guidance to clients throughout delivery
  • Oversee architecture decisions, solution quality, and engineering of scalable, maintainable Google Cloud solutions
  • Own scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and governance for successful program delivery
  • Mentor cross-location teams and promote modern engineering practices to speed delivery
  • Deliver broad Google Cloud solutions across modernization, Data & AI, Contact Center AI, Workspace, security, and related areas
Key requirements
  • Hands-on, client-facing technology experience in roles such as engineer, architect, consultant, or delivery lead
  • Deep experience architecting and delivering Google Cloud Platform solutions with platform-native services
  • Proven track record of leading technical delivery for client engagements (design, execution oversight, go-live)
  • Experience leading distributed global teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engineering teams, clients, and executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
