Agentic AI Development Manager

Lead agentic AI development at Boeing Vancouver in Richmond, combining remote and in-office work with production AI/ML delivery responsibilities.

As AI Development Manager, you will lead a platform capability team within Boeing Global Services Digital Services Technology. Your work centers on developing shared AI/ML capabilities, supporting commercial offerings, and ensuring safety, quality, and security. You will guide data scientists, AI engineers, and other data professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reusable AI/ML services, components, tooling, harnesses, and agents
• Develop guardrails and evaluation frameworks with AI Governance leadership
• Guide product teams adopting shared AI platform capabilities
• Manage, coach, motivate, and recruit technical professionals
• Represent Digital Services in cross-Boeing AI initiatives

Requirements:

• Five-plus years delivering production AI/ML solutions commercially
• Three-plus years in AI/ML or analytics leadership
• One-plus year delivering agentic AI services or capabilities
• Experience implementing production AI safety, quality, and governance
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and Controlled Goods eligibility
