Agentic AI Software Developer

Build agentic AI software with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex at Cliniconex in Kanata, Ontario, through a hybrid work model.

This Software Developer role supports the Automated Care Platform and Automated Care Intelligence suite. You will work across front-end, back-end, integrations, and cloud-hosted systems. The position suits developers with four or more years of experience and hands-on agentic development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build product features across Cliniconex healthcare communication platforms
• Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI tools
• Break technical problems into executable human and agent plans
• Review, test, and harden AI-generated production code
• Improve agentic workflows, validation loops, and engineering automation

Requirements:

• Four or more years of software development experience
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development tools
• Web application experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Backend experience, ideally with Java
• REST API, cloud, database, security, and privacy awareness
