What you will be doing:

  • Build and modernize complex production software.
  • Contribute to a significant existing-platform and backend architecture rebuild.
  • Design and implement agentic engineering workflows.
  • Work extensively withClaude Codeas part of an agentic engineering environment.
  • Build and configure engineering harnesses that allow AI agents to participate reliably in software-development workflows.
  • Work across front-end, back-end, data, pipelines, integrations and AI components depending on specialization.
  • Build and support large-scale data pipelines and orchestration.
  • Work with AWS-based infrastructure.
  • Design APIs, services and integrations.
  • Translate ambiguous business and technical problems into working software.
  • Help introduce modern agentic engineering practices into a complex existing engineering organization.
  • Work directly with client engineers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs and risks clearly.

Salary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 – $200,000.00
