Overview

As Agentic Platform Lead, you will design the consumption layer for AI agents, shaping how they query and interact with knowledge graphs and enterprise data. You’ll define tool-calling schemas, optimize RAG pipelines, and implement context strategies to ensure scalable, reliable, low-hallucination AI systems. You’ll lead and grow an internal team, providing hands-on guidance and design reviews. This role drives the enterprise agentic AI layer, connecting LLMs, data, and APIs to deliver impactful, traceable outputs. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn requirements into robust platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design the agent consumption layer for querying knowledge graphs and data systems
  • Define tool/function-calling schemas and interaction patterns
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines and context orchestration strategies
  • Implement hallucination guardrails and validation mechanisms
  • Develop agent evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses
  • Integrate knowledge graphs with enterprise agentic platforms
  • Enable seamless interaction across LLMs, APIs, and data systems
  • Lead a team of AI and platform engineers
  • Drive delivery, prioritization, and skill development
  • Partner with AI/ML, data, and business teams
  • Translate requirements into agent workflows and platform capabilities
  • Provide thought leadership on agentic AI adoption
