Agentic Service Design Architect - Digital Engineer

In this role you design agentic service delivery models by translating requirements into detailed workflows and interaction patterns. You will work at the forefront of AI-enabled automation to shape how services are delivered across IT, operations and business processes. You’ll collaborate with developers and architects to ensure practical, governance-aligned designs that scale. This position offers the chance to influence a new capability and help Atos advance its mission in secure, automated service delivery.

• Analyze service requirements (ITSM, operations, business processes)
• Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic
• Define interaction models between agents, systems and humans
• Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts
• Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability
• Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability

• Strong background in service design / process engineering
• Experience with workflow modeling (BPMN, orchestration, automation tools)
• Ability to define logical flows and decision trees
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem)
