Leading the development of systems and data orchestration, the full-time remote Agentic Success Portfolio Lead will manage data pipelines, AI workflows, and customer journey orchestration to enhance customer success initiatives at scale. Key responsibilities Build and optimize the Digital Success OS, creating systems and data flows for customer engagement Transform product telemetry and customer signals into actionable AI-agent triggers and human interactions Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure clarity in system ownership and maintain project momentum Required qualifications Experience in customer success analytics within a SaaS environment Technical proficiency in AI-agent workflows and predictive modeling Operational experience with systems like Gainsight, Salesforce, and data analytics tools Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT and data quality Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex project environments
