In this role you will champion Agile best practices across the firm while contributing as a skilled .NET Core developer leveraging AWS. You’ll join a highly technical, collaborative team led by XP-focused engineers, promoting lean principles and clean, well-tested code through TDD and pair programming. You will operate within an Agile/DevOps environment, helping scale engineering excellence and culture across the organization. This is a mission‑driven opportunity to influence how engineering delivers value for a global fintech leader.

- 5+ years .NET Core development experience in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years experience with any public cloud, preferably AWS
- Passion for clean, robust, well-tested code with TDD and pair programming
- Strong CS/engineering background
- Ability to work in a modern software engineering environment with Agile and DevOps (Scrum, Git, CI/CD)
