Agile C# Tech Lead

In this role you will champion Agile best practices across the firm while contributing as a skilled .NET Core developer leveraging AWS. You’ll join a highly technical, collaborative team led by XP-focused engineers, promoting lean principles and clean, well-tested code through TDD and pair programming. You will operate within an Agile/DevOps environment, helping scale engineering excellence and culture across the organization. • Champion Agile best practices across the firm
• Write clean, robust, and well-tested code using .NET Core
• Work in a tight, technically strong, collaborative team
• Leverage TDD and pair programming to ensure code quality
• Contribute to Agile/DevOps governance with Scrum, Git, and CI/CD
• Support and influence engineering culture and standards across the organization

• 5+ years .NET Core development experience in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years experience with any public cloud, preferably AWS
• Passion for clean, robust, well-tested code with TDD and pair programming
• Strong CS/engineering background
• Ability to work in a modern software engineering environment with Agile and DevOps (Scrum, Git, CI/CD)
