Location: Northampton (2 days per week) and London (1 day per week) Contract: 6 months initial Rate: Competitive Day Rate Via Rockford Payroll Level: Vice president level

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Agile at Scaleprofessional with strong experience coaching and implementing Agile in complexenterprise environments, ideally within banking. The successful candidate willhave deep SAFe expertise, a proven track record of leading or supporting SAFeimplementations, and the ability to operate confidently across multipleportfolios spanning London and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agile at scale adoption acrosstwo portfolios.
• Lead or support SAFe implementation activities ina banking environment.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to aligndelivery priorities and drive momentum.
• Build strong relationships across business andtechnology teams.
• Support teams in adopting Agile ways of workingand improving delivery outcomes.
• Provide practical guidance, facilitation, andcoaching to help teams and leaders embrace change.
• Operate across geographically distributedstakeholders in London and the US.
• Help shape and progress portfolio agendas whilemaintaining stakeholder confidence and engagement.

Required Experience

• Strong experience coaching and implementing Agile at scale.
• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment.
• Previous experience leading or supporting SAFeimplementations .
• Experience working in the Banking sector .
• Ability to clearly articulate prior experienceand demonstrate impact using practical examples.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with theability to influence at senior level.
• Ability to engage confidently with both businessand technology audiences.
• Consumer Risk knowledge.
• Experience in Consumer Risk, Risk Finance, orTreasury.
• Experience operating across multiple portfoliosor business areas.
