Agile Release Engineer Toronto

Agile release engineering in Toronto requires technology expertise and cross-functional leadership. This role supports multiple teams across TD’s Technology Solutions business.

As an Engineer II, you will align strategy, methodology, and execution with Product Owners, Release Management, Architecture, and other stakeholders. You will manage release risks, dependencies, and impediments while applying engineering knowledge to complex situations. The position requires Agile management experience, project management experience, and knowledge of PDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align release strategy and execution across relevant stakeholders
• Track impediments affecting teams within release scope
• Manage release risks and dependencies
• Provide development and release resourcing input
• Implement engineering and management best practices

Requirements:

• University or post-graduate degree
• Strong academic background in computer science or engineering
• Three-plus years using Agile management tools
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams
• Seven-plus years of Agile-related experience
