The AI Acceleration Specialist is a consultant builder who works with teams across Neko: they build the thing, teach the team to build it, or design the solution and hand it over.

The role helps run the internal product development lifecycle (discovery, building, distribution, adoption, iteration) and is judged on adoption, not on building
