AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist

Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a Specialist, AI Adoption & Enablement to lead the human side of AI transformation. You will design learning programs and collaborate with leaders to translate AI into practical workplace improvements.

The role reports to the Associate Manager, Employee Learning and Development and works with the Director, AI to build capabilities, foster responsible adoption, and enable continuous improvement.
