AI Adoption Manager

We are looking for a Manager / Experienced Senior Consultant to act as a key leader in our Workplace AI Offer team . In this role, you will shape how we take cutting-edge workplace AI and agentic solutions to market, driving holistic, large-scale digital transformations across enterprise clients.

You will bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and strategic business outcomes. This is not just a technical deployment role; it is a human-centric transformation journey spanning strategy, responsible governance, user adoption, and clear benefits realization.

The Role: What You’ll Do

• Offer & Go-to-Market Leadership: Shape, refine, and scale our workplace AI propositions. You will partner with account teams to build pipeline, lead high-value bids/RFP responses, and co-develop strategic relationships with major technology partners (including Microsoft and ecosystem vendors).
• Holistic Transformation Delivery: Manage the profitable delivery of complex project workstreams. You will design user-centric change campaigns and robust governance frameworks (security, data protection, responsible AI) that enable enterprise innovation rather than block it.
• Senior Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted sparring partner to client directors and senior leadership, turning complex technical choices into clear, value-driven business decisions.
• People & Practice Leadership: Line-manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of consultants. You will actively contribute to recruitment, capability building, and the strategic direction of the practice.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends (Generative AI, agentic ecosystems, LLM advancements) to author points of view, speak at events, and convert hands-on testing into reusable client assets.

Your Profile: What We Are Looking For

• Consulting Excellence: Significant experience within a management consulting or advisory capacity, with a proven track record of leading project teams, managing budgets, and driving business development/bids.
• AI & Digital Transformation Expertise: Experience delivering large-scale workplace or AI-enabled transformations. You understand how to take technologies (like the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Anthropic Claude, and agentic tools) and embed them at scale across complex organisations.
• Governance & Risk Savvy: A strong understanding of enterprise AI constraints—such as data oversharing, responsible AI, and operating models—ideally within highly regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Change & Storytelling: Exceptional narrative skills. You can turn technical architectures into compelling, outcome-led stories that secure buy-in from senior business and technical leaders.
• Delivery Frameworks: Confident managing timelines, budgets, and resources using agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
