AI Agent Engineer

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate business processes and perform complex, multi-step tasks.

The successful candidate will combine practical software engineering skills with expertise in large language models, AI agent architectures, API integrations, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents capable of executing multi-step tasks.
• Integrate AI models with external APIs, business applications, databases, and internal knowledge sources.
• Develop automated workflows using AI and conventional software.
• Implement tool calling, structured outputs, memory, and retrieval where appropriate.
• Build systems that can handle errors, unexpected inputs, and human approval requirements.
• Evaluate agent performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI-powered applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI.

The successful candidate will be able to take a business problem, design an appropriate AI-powered solution, build a working prototype, integrate it with relevant systems, and deploy a reliable solution that delivers measurable value.

Candidates should demonstrate practical results through working projects, code samples, or live demonstrations.
