Lead AI and Agentforce implementations remotely from eligible Canadian provinces, applying Salesforce expertise and project leadership to customer solutions.

This Functional Lead guides customer-facing AI projects across planning, onboarding, execution, measurement, and handover. You advise customers on AI strategy, translate objectives into delivery plans, and coordinate functional and technical specialists. The work requires Salesforce, Agentforce, AI solutions, and practical project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end AI and Agentforce implementation projects
  • Advise customers on AI strategy, use cases, and outcomes
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones
  • Coordinate onboarding, governance meetings, and delivery teams
  • Measure results and present solution outcomes before closeout

Requirements:

  • At least five years leading AI-related Salesforce or AWS implementations
  • Experience as project manager, delivery lead, or Scrum leader
  • Salesforce Administrator certification plus Sales or Service Cloud certification
  • Professional services or technology consulting experience
  • Experience preparing SOWs, estimates, change requests, and scope management
