Overview

In this role you will build practical AI and data literacy to help teams confidently use data and emerging technologies in daily work. You will translate expectations into role-specific learning and guided application within real workflows. The role challenges teams to rethink processes while upholding human judgment and measurable business value. You will work across patient-focused initiatives to drive responsible, evidence-based use of data and AI.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain an AI and data literacy framework aligned with business roles, decisions, and workflows
  • Assess capability needs and address learning gaps and adoption barriers
  • Translate complex data, analytics, governance, and AI concepts into practical business language
  • Design role-based learning paths, playbooks, resources and sessions
  • Embed learning into real business questions, data products, and workflows
  • Build understanding of data meaning, origin, quality, limitations, and suitability
  • Promote responsible use through human oversight, verification, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Measure proficiency, application, adoption, and business impact, and iterate learning based on feedback
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, business, learning, organisational development, life sciences; advanced degree or professional qualification preferred
  • Experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, learning, change, or business enablement roles
  • Ability to translate complex data and AI concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing role-based learning, capability frameworks, and applied learning experiences
  • Experience supporting adoption and behavior change in a complex, collaborative organization
  • Understanding of data quality, governance, analytics, and responsible AI principles
  • Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and storytelling skills with link to measurable outcomes
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
