AI Automation Forward Deployed Engineer

Build AI-powered internal tools at Trexo Robotics using Python, JavaScript, and LLMs in a hybrid Mississauga position. Turn operational bottlenecks into durable solutions.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with finance, marketing, business operations, regulatory, and production teams. You will identify high-impact bottlenecks, design automations, and ship tools colleagues depend on. The work includes data pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows using LLMs
• Automate internal processes with Python, JavaScript, and operational platforms
• Build pipelines, integrations, and dashboards from fragmented data
• Define KPIs and translate analysis into clear decisions
• Deploy, monitor, document, and improve projects end to end

Requirements:

• Three or more years in software or data engineering
• Hands-on experience building production LLM automations or internal tools
• Strong Python or JavaScript skills for integrations
• Strong SQL, relational data, cleaning, and data-quality skills
• Experience with dashboards, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
