AI Automation Platform Engineer Analyst

Build AI agents and automated workflows at Mackenzie Investments in a hybrid role with three office days weekly. Use Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

This AI Automation and Platform Engineer/Analyst supports sales technologies, operational workflows, and internal tools. The role combines agentic creation, data synthesis, development, and adoption support. You will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Analytics, sales teams, and leadership while reducing manual effort through scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build multi-step agents across Salesforce, Seismic, Jira, and Tableau
• Develop reusable HTML, JavaScript, and CSS internal tools
• Automate workflows with validation, approvals, and execution logic
• Create adoption dashboards measuring usage, engagement, and friction
• Analyze requests and identify high-impact automation opportunities

Requirements:

• Technology-focused undergraduate degree; software or data preferred
• Minimum one year using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
• Minimum one year developing with SharePoint and .NET
• Minimum three years with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Minimum three years using Jira and Agile methods
