In this hybrid GenAI CoE role, you shape and deliver AI and automation opportunities within Experian’s UK business. You switch between opportunity discovery and hands-on prototyping to accelerate progress, balancing AI value with simpler analytics when appropriate. You collaborate with partners to translate problems into actionable use cases and MVPs, using low-code tools to test ideas quickly. The role blends product, digital, and technical work in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

- Translate business problems into clearly defined user cases with partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of AI and automation opportunities
- Assess feasibility, value and suitability of AI vs traditional approaches
- Scope solutions with MVPs and success criteria, plus experimentation approaches
- Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms
- Communicate outcomes, including trade-offs, risks, and recommendations
- Explore and apply new tools to improve delivery
- Balance pipeline shaping with hands-on delivery to remove bottlenecks
- Experience in a product, digital, or technical role delivering solutions
- Experience communicating product benefits to business and technical partners
- Ability to translate business problems into structured use cases and deliverables
- Comfort in uncertain or exploratory environments using experimentation to guide progress
