AI & Automation Solution Consultant

In this role, you will shape AI and automation opportunities within Experian's GenAI CoE, translating ambiguous ideas into tangible use cases and MVPs. You’ll balance pipeline development with hands-on delivery, using low-code tools to prototype solutions. You’ll collaborate with business and technical partners to decide when AI adds value versus traditional analytics. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role that blends product thinking with rapid experimentation to accelerate outcomes.

• Translate business problems into clearly defined user cases with partners
• Build and manage a pipeline of AI and automation opportunities
• Assess feasibility, value and suitability of AI vs traditional approaches
• Scope solutions by defining MVP, success criteria and experimentation approaches
• Develop rapid prototypes and MVPs using low-code / no-code platforms
• Communicate outcomes, including trade-offs, risks, and recommendations
• Explore and apply new tools to improve delivery

• Experience in a product, digital, or technical role shaping and delivering solutions
• Experience communicating product benefits across business and technical partners
• Ability to translate business problems into structured use cases and deliverable solutions
• Comfort working in uncertain or exploratory environments using experimentation to guide progress
