This Quality Engineer SDET role focuses on testing chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational platforms. You will create test scenarios, execute regression suites, analyze conversations, and document defects. The work includes collaboration with developers, AI engineers, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate chatbot accuracy, relevance, completeness, and consistency
  • Create test scenarios, cases, and regression suites
  • Identify hallucinations, formatting issues, and knowledge gaps
  • Develop chatbot validation test automation where possible
  • Track defects, results, and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated QA, SDET, or test automation experience
  • Experience testing AI, LLM, GenAI, or chatbots
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
  • Experience with API testing and automation frameworks
  • Python, Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, or similar tools
