AI Cloud Solution Engineer

As AI Cloud Solution Engineer, you will help build a firmwide AI Development Platform to advance AI capabilities across Morgan Stanley. You will architect secure cloud services and reusable components to scale generative AI use cases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable developers and drive innovative AI solutions aligned with the firm’s modernization roadmap. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with broad visibility and meaningful impact on how AI supports clients and internal users.

• Onboard new cloud services to Morgan Stanley and architect solutions aligned with security standards
• Build POCs and example code to access Gen AI models via standard APIs
• Develop reusable tooling and self-service capabilities for deploying AI solutions
• Collaborate with developers to improve the developer experience in building and deploying AI applications
• Contribute to major design decisions and product selections for generative AI solutions
• Document best practices for generative AI ecosystems, including model options and libraries
• Produce reusable components to scale AI use cases across teams

• Experience implementing enterprise architecture on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong Python development background (API-based with Flask or FastAPI); other languages a plus
• Experience building AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, Terraform, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Gemini enterprise platform)
• Proven track record deploying resources to cloud via Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and influence development teams to adopt AI
• 4+ years of relevant experience
