AI Compiler Lead for Next‑Gen Accelerator HW

Fractile is hiring an Engineering Manager for Compilers to lead a 10+ person team building the compiler stack for our AI accelerator. You will shape architecture choices, drive performance, and collaborate across hardware, driver, runtime and ML groups to deliver industry-leading inference speeds.

You will bring proven leadership, deep compiler expertise, ML/dl knowledge, and strong C/C++ skills to guide a fast-moving, ambiguous project from concept to silicon.
