AI Content Manager

Leading the creative vision for AI-generated content, the full-time AI Content Manager will develop flagship video campaigns, manage a team of freelance creators, and utilize performance data to guide creative decisions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and oversee the creative vision for AI-made video and visuals, including flagship campaign pieces from concept to final cut Manage the creator bench by finding, briefing, directing, and enhancing the work of freelancers and contractors Establish and refine the creative testing loop in collaboration with Demand Generation to determine which concepts scale effectively Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in creative production or direction, including 2+ years of experience directing other creators or managing teams Proven portfolio of finished AI video work demonstrating end-to-end direction skills Strong command of AI video tools such as Runway and Higgsfield Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance the work of other creators Willingness to study and understand audience preferences, particularly in the context of dental content
