AI & Data Analytics Consultant

As the AI & Data Analytics Consultant, you bridge business leaders and the Data Analytics team to turn challenges into data-driven solutions. You will evangelize AI capabilities, shape demand, and translate complex problems into scalable analytics. You’ll lead workshops, build business cases, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver measurable value. This role places you at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and innovation, influencing executive decisions and driving adoption across the organization.

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions
• Serve as the primary contact for AI and analytics engagements
• Facilitate workshops to define goals, pain points, and opportunities
• Translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI use cases
• Develop business cases showing value, ROI, and outcomes
• Champion AI capabilities across the organization
• Educate stakeholders on AI, ML, predictive and descriptive analytics, and data visualization
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design solutions
• Define success metrics, requirements, and roadmaps
• Influence senior leaders and manage a pipeline of opportunities
• Monitor AI trends and identify innovative approaches
• Present use cases and roadmaps to executives
• Prioritize opportunities for predictive analytics, forecasting, AI-assisted decision support, and automation
• Communicate complex analytics in business-friendly language
• Drive alignment around analytics initiatives
• Support the development of analytics maturity and capabilities

• 7+ years of analytics, BI, data science, strategy consulting, or related experience
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Proven track record delivering value through analytics and technology initiatives
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical or AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI, ML concepts, predictive and descriptive analytics, data visualization, BI platforms, data warehousing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and cloud-based analytics
