Overview

In this role you will drive transformation through data, AI and automation within a leading UK financial services organisation. You will own the process reinvention pipeline from identification to delivery, adoption and value realisation. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed change and measure benefits, shaping new approaches and mentoring others. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity to lead cross-functional change.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Process Reinvention capability and manage the opportunity pipeline
  • Drive process discovery, mapping, measurement and redesign
  • Apply process mining, automation, analytics and AI to deliver measurable value
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Embed change into BAU and track benefits
  • Shape new approaches and mentor others
Key requirements
  • Experience in AI-led process reinvention or large-scale process transformation
  • Strong knowledge of data, analytics, automation and AI
  • Process mapping, process mining, design thinking or service design experience
  • Understanding of financial services, risk and regulation
  • Strong senior stakeholder and influencing skills
