Job Title: AI & Data Programme Manager

Contract Duration: Until March 2026

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week in the office

Daily Rate: £750 per day (inside of IR35)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI and data initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of projects that will shape the future of AI and automation. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to create scalable, sustainable, and compliant solutions that align with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of AI, data, and automation projects, guiding them from beta phase to scalable solutions.


• Collaborate with senior leaders to align product roadmaps with organizational goals.


• Set standards for product management and coach a team of product and portfolio managers.


• Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap for AI, Automation, and Data initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Active SC Clearance (required).


• Proven experience in managing AI and data programs.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
