AI & Data Science Executive Director

• Lead a team delivering AI/ML solutions with commercial outcomes across people-focused domains
• Direct the full research lifecycle from problem framing to production results
• Develop model factories and evaluation pipelines aligned to product benchmarks
• Advance agentic and evaluation-driven development, including multi-agent orchestration in regulated settings
• Translate models into cost reductions, capability expansion, and improved employee experience
• Promote technique reuse and partner with vendors where value is added
• Collaborate with technology teams to architect scalable, enterprise-grade data and analytics systems
• Prioritize R&D resources by impact and measurable business results
• Communicate significance to senior leadership and pursue patents/publications as warranted

• Significant experience in AI and Data Science
• Proven success in leading and managing teams
• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Expertise with modern AI/ML algorithms and software for enterprise-scale solutions
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering and multi-agent orchestration
• Practical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design
• Practical software development experience in collaborative settings
