As AI Deployment Manager for Senpilot’s regulatory agent, you will manage utility, consulting, and regulator accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will lead pilots, train users, review adoption data, and support rate cases and regulatory filings. The work combines strategic advising, prompt guidance, recurring check-ins, and executive business reviews. You will also build scalable deployment playbooks and connect customer feedback with product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regulatory account relationships from onboarding through renewal
• Lead pilots, user setup, and activation success criteria
• Train teams on prompts and day-to-day agent use
• Monitor adoption, value, usage, and account health
• Build playbooks, prompt libraries, and self-serve resources

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, customer success, or implementation
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and customer empathy
• Familiarity with utility regulation or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong data analytics instincts and modern AI tool fluency
• Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements
